On the following pages are several projects from the past few years as well as some current projects. For each of them I was deeply involved in the acquisition, financing, planning, renovation, and stabilization. None of this would be possible without a great team of architects, masons, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, bankers, painters, friends and of course my little helper Lauren, who like it or not, often accompanies me to home improvement stores, lumber yards, tile stores and to look at potential new projects. She even helps out in the office and in the field.
