This 1920s center hall was in desperate need of a new kitchen, bath and exterior make over.  The renovation was kept to the existing footprint of the house to save on costs.  Most of the existing electric and plumbing could be used.
Big Accomplishment: This house was purchased shortly before the market peak.  After just over 10 years it's finally worth more than the acquisition and renovation costs combined.
