Renovation of this historic 1876 Brownstone was completed with new heating, electric, plumbing, framing, insulation, walls, floors, ceilings and masonry work.  The project was done in accordance with the U. S. Department of the Interior's specifications for restoration of historic homes.
Big Accomplishments: This 4 story building received recognition from the board of the local historical society.
After a lengthy application and review process by the Department of Parks, Recreation & Historical Preservation the building was granted over $50,000 in tax credits.  It was refinanced a year after completion for more than the total investment of acquisition and renovation combined.
