Green Living

This formerly dilapidated attached row house was used as a speakeasy for decades.  It was renovated according to LEED guidelines for single family homes.  Five separate heating zones with a high efficiency boiler and hot water heater, sustainable materials and environmentally friendly products were used.
Big Accomplishment: FINISHING.  This house was a challenge from day one.  The multiple layers of paneling, sheet vinyl, and carpet hid a lot of problems.  Broken joists, sagging floors, disastrous electric & plumbing were just some of the major issues.
